Some knockoff artists tried to match the performance of NTOI® Unbreakable® Umbrellas but failed--even though they made their umbrellas more massive. They just didn’t have NTOI’s expertise. See photo below.
The shaft of a NTOI® Unbreakable® Umbrella has the same thickness (12 mm) as that of a normal walking-stick umbrella. The shaft of the knockoff is much thicker (14 mm) than that of a normal walking-stick umbrella. Extra thickness is an ineffective way to compensate for inferior technology.
